If you or the person enquiring does
not speak English and need help from IMR, ring the Translating
and Interpreting Service (TIS) on 13
14 50.
Ask them to set up a three-way conversation between you, an
interpreter and IMR.

Hours of Business
Our hours of operation are Monday
to Friday from 8.00am 5.30pm. After hours there is
an answering machine to take your message and we will phone
