If you or the
person enquiring does not speak English and need help from IMR, ring
the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) on 13 14 50.
Ask them to set up a three-way conversation between you, an interpreter
and IMR.
Additionally, a number of our team members

operation are Monday to Friday from 8.30am – 5.30pm. After hours there
