IMR provides case management and consultancy services to the Sydney Metropolitan area, Central Coast, Newcastle, the Hunter Valley, Blue Mountains, Wollongong and everywhere in between. We are prepared to travel anywhere within Australia and can provide estimated travel costs prior to any engagement.

Our policy is to charge whichever is less, travel from our office or travel from our team member’s home. You are only charged for the amount of time it takes to get to the appointment and we have the following caps on travel charges
to minimise the impact of travel as a percentage of the rehabilitation costs.

Metropolitan Sydney
Our offices in Alexandria and Lindfield service the area encompassing Palm Beach, Hornsby, Windsor, Penrith, Campbelltown, Engadine, Cronulla and Bondi
Travel is charged at a maximum of forty-five minutes one-way.

Illawarra Region 
Our Wollongong office services the area from Sutherland in the north to Nowra in the south and west to Campbelltown and the Southern highlands.
Travel is charged at a maximum of ninety minutes one way.

Bourke and Western New South Wales 
Our Bourke office services the following areas in Western New South Wales:
Barringun to Lightning Ridge, Walgett, Coonamble, Nyngan, Gilgunnia, Ivanhoe, Wanaaring, Broken Hill and Wentworth

Sharing travel costs
Every attempt is made to share travel costs between more than one claim. It is our intention to keep travel costs
to a minimum. We have team members located throughout metropolitan Sydney.

We are willing to negotiate travel charges outside of the areas mentioned above.
